About me

Camille Toscano

Seven years ago, my divorce left me feeling lost, ashamed, and unsure of how to move forward. Through therapy, retreats, movement, nutrition, and deep self-reflection, I rebuilt my strength and clarity—and discovered coaching as a powerful way to help others do the same.

Today, I’m a certified Master Practitioner Coach through the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence, accredited by the ICF and CPD Standards Office, and endorsed by The Dash Charity. I offer empathetic, ethical, and practical support to guide clients through the emotional challenges of separation. My own journey—from pain to peace, and even friendship with my ex—has shown me that healing is possible. I’m here to help you find your own way forward.

FAQ

This FAQ offers clear answers about divorce coaching—what it is, how it works, and how it can support you in finding clarity and strength during this transition.

  • What is the role of a Break Up and Divorce Coach?
Breaking up or divorcing is often one of the most emotionally taxing experiences a person can endure. A break up and divorce coach is there to help you process these changes, providing clarity and support as you move through periods of grief, uncertainty, and adjustment. Their role goes beyond mere listening; they actively help you develop strategies to manage the upheaval, make sense of your emotions, and plan your next steps.
  • How a coach can help me heal and move forward?
A break up and divorce coach is focused on speeding up your recovery process. They work with you to rebuild confidence, regain a sense of stability, and rediscover your direction in life after separation from a partner. With compassionate guidance, a coach helps you to move forward in a positive and empowered manner, rather than feeling stuck in the past. They provide tailored advice and emotional support, acknowledging that every person’s experience and needs are unique. They help you identify and overcome obstacles that might be holding you back from healing. They encourage you to set achievable goals for your personal growth, wellbeing, and happiness. They guide you in reframing negative thoughts and embracing new perspectives. Moving on from a break-up or divorce is a journey that looks different for everyone. With a break up and divorce coach by your side, you don’t have to face it alone. Through a supportive partnership, you can gain the clarity, confidence, and direction you need to rebuild your life on your own terms.
  • What are the tools and techniques used by coaches?
Break up and divorce coaches use a range of results-focused tools and techniques that have proven effective for people of all genders. These may include cognitive behavioural exercises, mindfulness practices, communication strategies, and action plans for self-care and personal development. The emphasis is on practical outcomes—helping you to take manageable steps that nurture healing and promote resilience.
  • Who Can Benefit from a Break Up and Divorce Coach?
Anyone going through a separation or in the process of divorce can benefit from coaching, regardless of age, background, or gender. Whether you are struggling with immediate heartbreak, feeling lost about the future, or facing logistical issues around co-parenting or finances, a coach can provide steady support and expert guidance tailored to your circumstances. Everything is confidential.
