About me

Seven years ago, I went through a separation that then led to a divorce. It left me feeling alone, ashamed, and emotionally paralysed. I couldn’t make sense of what was happening, and the future felt like a blank, painful void. Divorce is often described as the second most traumatic life event after the loss of a loved one—and yet, I found myself asking: Why wasn’t there any real help out there?

My healing journey was slow but transformative. Through therapy, healing retreats, movement, nutrition, and deep self-reflection, I gradually found my way back to strength and clarity. When I finally felt grounded again, I knew I wanted to help others navigate the same storm. That’s when I discovered coaching—and it changed everything.

Today, I’m a professionally trained Master Practitioner Coach, certified through the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence—an organization accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the CPD Standards Office. My certification is also endorsed by The Dash Charity, a UK-regulated domestic abuse charity, reflecting my commitment to supporting clients with empathy, integrity, and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that come with separation.

I continue to invest in ongoing professional development to ensure my coaching is ethical, effective, and tailored to the real-world needs of those I work with.

My own divorce journey has come full circle. My ex-husband and I are now friends—a result of trial, error, and mutual effort. While that outcome isn’t possible for everyone, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned along the way. Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or simply a way forward, I’m here to help you find it.
